Snowmobilestud.com strives to provide our customers with the most accurate information regarding shipping times and costs. We primarily ship via UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and Spee Dee Delivery. Shipping carriers for freight orders vary based upon item weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Customer will be notified in advance if order is a freight shipment. We reserve the right to switch carriers without notice based upon cost, transit time, availability, reliability, and damage claims. All international shipments are sent via UPS. These orders are all subject to import duties, taxes, and charges. These are not included in the item price or shipping costs. UPS also charges brokerage fees once the package reaches the border. All of these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact UPS to calculate brokerage fees, and please check with your country’s customs office to determine what import duties, taxes and charges will apply to your purchase. Failure to pay for these fees will result in the shipment being returned to Snowmobilestud.com. Any returned shipments will be refunded less original shipping costs, and less shipping costs billed to Snowmobilestud.com to have item returned.

Snowmobilestud.com ships all other orders received Monday – Friday before 12:00 PM Central time same day. Orders received after this cut off will ship the following business day. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available. Any quoted shipping and lead times from the carriers are estimates and not guarantees. If for some reason your package has been shipped but not arrived please contact Snowmobilestud.com. All orders must be inspected for damage within 7 days of receiving the package. Any item that arrives damaged may be eligible for exchange/replacement parts at no charge if reported within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in all item exchanges/replacement parts/shipping costs being charged to the customer. Customers may be asked to provide images upon request. Please keep all original packaging in case item needs to be returned.
